Glenda is a Baptist Minister and a professionally trained youth worker, who has widened her studies and Ministry to also embrace Children & Families work . She has a PGDip in Contextual Theology and many years of experience that fuel her desire to share, support and train in all areas of CYF work.

Glenda is particularly passionate about working with church leaders, CYF workers and volunteers to inspire them to see and hear children and young people for all the amazing gifts they have to offer, both now and in the future.

Glenda is the Regional Missional Enabler for CYF at the SWBA and represents the SWBA on the Baptist Union Round Table for Children, Youth and Family.

Glenda loves living by the seaside with her family (including their Springer Spaniel) and enjoys music and reading.
