A practical workshop looking at the benefits of working with groups, and how to understand and work successfully with the different dynamics which can form within them.
VolTrain is a partnership between several organisations, including Bristol City Council, to equip, resource and train volunteer youth workers in the Bristol area. It is open to all volunteer youth workers across both statutory and voluntary sectors and is completely free. Paid workers may also attend if they are accompanying volunteers.
