Being at Bristol

A beautiful place to live and study. Bristol Baptist College is located in Clifton, in the north-west of Bristol, and faces the wooded Downs, a wonderful place to walk or relax. At the same time the college is near to all the amenities of the city. These include sports facilities, theatres and cinemas, out of town and city centre shopping areas, art galleries and museums and a zoo. There is a good bus service to the city centre and mainline railway station, and easy access to the motorway network.
The College is located in an early nineteenth century building which has been extensively adapted for its present use. Facilities for students include a common room, a kitchen for making hot drinks, card-operated photocopier, library and a wireless network throughout the building.
The student body is around 100 (plus up to 40 Saturday students), so we are small enough to get to know each other well and aim to be a friendly and supportive community.  A small number of our students come from outside the UK, and we welcome the different perspective which they bring to our learning together.
